[atlantaprog] Re: Rogue Pre-Show

I sure have and will continue to promote both the Rogue Fest and the
pre-show.

As I previously mentioned if anyone wishes to do a small plug for the
station/band I'd be happy to add them. An example would be..."This is
(your name) from (your band) you're listening to The Prog Palace." Or
something like that. There are a few being played now.

Anyone wanting to do one to help promote an upcoming show of theirs can
make the same type of promo and if any of the bands want to do a plug
for the pre-show that's cool as well.

Also there is a banner on my main page for those wanting to use it as a
link.

I am happy to announce that I am now a part of The PRRN (Prog Rock Radio
Network). This is something I feel is great for the station as well as
for all of the bands. I will gain more listeners and you all will get
more people listening to your music.
The station is now streaming at 56K MP3Pro and with the changes I've
made in the past few days I believe it sounds much better.

Also tune in Sunday from 11:30AM-1PM for Karma Lingo will be stopping
by.
Who knows what will happen, there maybe contests, giveaways and more so
make sure you tune in. You don't want to miss out. Special thanks to
Matthew and Karma Lingo for stopping out.

Oh and is everyone getting this email?

yes....I'm sure we'll be hearing much more on it!!! :-) DA announced
the show on the air last night and I know that Greg will be plugging it
big time! And I'm hoping to get it on Progressive Soundscapes
also...I'll work on Kenny this weekend;)lol
I'm hoping for a large turnout...Sleepytime Gorilla Museum comes from
San Francisco area and will be in the Northeast the week before the
pre-show.

I still need a place for SGM to park their tour bus. LOC has a place to
stay...thank goodness.

I do hope ya'll will show for it...should be fun! MW has a 60 min. set,
LOC a 90 min. and SGM 90 mins or more. :-)

I can't wait!!!!!

PEACE
Beth

For those who don't know yet... it looks like Beth's Rogue Pre-Show
is a "go" for Friday. July 11th at the Somber Reptile. Bands include
Mindworm, Land of Chocolate, and (fresh from their NEARfest
appearance) Sleepytime Gorilla Museum. Music is set to start at 8
  (come early).

I'm sure you all will be hearing more about it soon...
