[atlantaprog] Robert Fripp to play in ATL and Athens

According to his website, Robert Fripp is going to be in GA in February
for a couple of gigs. He'll be in Athens at the Melting Pot on 2/23,
and at the Variety in Atlanta on 2/24. He'll be doing soundscapes, and
probably answering questions from the audients.
