[atlantaprog] Promotion...

Hi all,
Beth is concerned about the costs of promoting her Rogue pre-show, so 
I wrote up the following plan for her. It occurred to me that 
either... 1. Some of these suggestions may be useful to some of you 
(especially those of you promoting the Roguefest itself), or 2. I may 
have overlooked some other useful info...
So, here it is... just replace the band names and dates with your own info!
