[atlantaprog] Re: Peter Gabriel

The setlist in Palm Beach Sat. night was not the setlist that was on the
website! It was the best show I've seen in my whole entire life!!!!!!! I'm
SOOOO glad I got to go!!!!! I can't believe I waited 20 yrs!!!!!! I was
mesmerized by the whole thing!!! I was up on the lawn at the Coral Springs
Amphitheatre (now the Sound Advice)...it was just perfect...I was hoping for
'Here Comes The Flood'...but was fine with the setlist and now appreciate
'Sledgehammer' and 'Shock the Monkey' in a totally different way after seeing
them done live! I had never heard 'The Tower..' song before!!!!! That was
pretty cool!!!! It was SOOOO worth the 10 hour drive to FL. and anything else
that couldv'e happened and once we were on our way it rained on us also...but
about 10 min. after we got out of the parking lot!!!! I just kept praying for
it to not rain and it didn't!!!! :-) I've never been sooo happy in my
life!!!! I can die happy now!!! (ok...I'm just a bit PG high right now) LOL
I could go on for HOURS...so I'll stop now...but to close out I'll just say...

WHY do those idiots that want to put down the WHOLE concert always have to sit
behind me????????? UGH!!!!!!!! what dorks!!!! Otherwise it was PERFECT!!!!!
:-)

PEACE
Beth

Actually, based on the setlists from earlier shows in the tour, he
cut Shock the Monkey for Animal Nation - since he was in Atlanta, and
the song was based on his work with the apes here. I would have MUCH
  rather heard Shock the Monkey!
