Saw this on a local theater listserv - not able to take it on myself,
but might be a chance for one of you keyboard/midi geeks out there to
make a few bucks...

I have performance tapes of a 60s style rock musical for which I
wrote book and lyrics in the 80s - titled Slammergirls. I control all
rights to the piece, and there is some interest in producing it
again, but I need a piano score. Some of the vocals sheets survived
the decades, but not many. This was originally tracked on a much less
sophisticated instrument than what I now own, which is a Rowland KF-
7.
I'm looking for a musician who can play by ear and who can create a
piano score for me. I also need the piano track laid down on the
Rowland – preferably several instruments tracked – based on the
original arrangements for which I have audio tapes. (Yes, it's one of
those messy projects!)
I have a limited budget – sorry! – but I can pay up to $500 for 5
half-day sessions. I'm also willing to negotiate a "total project"
price, with a topping out rate somewhat higher.
I am a playwright, not a keyboardist. If you're interested in working
with me on this, please contact me off-list at
