That is the tradeoff for "free" Geocities accounts...there is a bandwith cap.
I am sure with all of the MP3's that Jeff has made available for download would
easily exceed that cap in one day.
All I can suggest in the short term is to try again the next day or so after
the intial rush wears off.
I had the same issue with my homepage twice after both of my boys were
born...everybody was hitting the page wanting to see pictures!
