When you arrive at the welcome screen, look for the "log-in" button. Click that and you will be given a screen that asks for your email address and password. If you?ve never logged in before, you obviously won?t have a password. That?s OK. Just put in you e-mail address and leave the password field blank. They will then send a log-in code to your email address which you can then use to get into the site. Once you?re in, you?ll see a long list of lists. Scroll down until you see "atlantaprog", then click the "select list" button at the bottom. You will then be in a screen that allows you to make changes to your settings - from there you?re on your own! It is pretty self-explanatory though. AWG
