[atlantaprog] Re: Greetings, fellow prog'ers

yeah, the wreck room was a pretty cool joint - i remember
an old lord only gig there where everybody left but two
girlfriends and two guys in the next band. both those guys
were very impressed, and dug us, but everyone else, even
the soundguy, went outside. it was funny.

i remember when toe used to run the 3rd street pub, before
there was a wreck room - i lived in hanson dorm at ga tech
my first year there and i used to go there often. and of course
there was always the inimitable metroplex. i saw anthrax there
in 87. that was a killer/dangerous place :-)

later on, i used to really dig "spring break" which i think
toe also ran, over on 5th street, i think, by sigma phi epsilon
fraternity. that was a great place to play - lots of agnes scott
girls used to come there :-) woo woo.

i wonder what happened to toe.

ah, misty watercoloured memories.
