You need:
1) a pulse
2) a drummer who knows at least a lick or two in 5, 7 or 11
3) at least one working monophonic analog synthesizer built in America
in the 1970s
4) the ability to put your band on stage in Atlanta with no funding
from RogueFest or ticket receipts. [Don't worry about the "hundreds" of
bands who submit applications. Requirements 4 and 5 knock every last
one of them out.]
5) the ability to front money for sound and lights, and lose it
6) a cursory familiarity with King Crimson's "Red", Genesis' "I Know
What I Like (In Your Wardrobe)" or any one song sung by Jon Anderson
7) two family members (per band member) who will buy tickets and show
up for your set

Hey Allen,
What are the requirements for trying to get our band
involved with this? What sort of package is needed,
and who does it go to? Thanks!
