Two more words: Cover Art. I miss the high-res 12"x12" and 12"x24" LP cover
art. 11"x14" used to be considered the minimum size for the display of
photographs in art galleries. I suppose bands could publish songs to be
individually downloaded and still release virtual album collections including
digital cover art and liner notes. I'd like to see moving abstract art or
algorhytmic-driven visualizations... and something to print.
I must be dreaming,

Two words -- Liner Notes. I was bummed out enough when LPs shrunk down to
cassette and then CD size -- a lot less room for liner notes (unless you had a
multipage booklet). I remember some albums had better liner notes than music
;).
