When LO played there with Noise we didn't pay anything, AFAIK.

From what I've heard, Brandyhouse is a pay-to-play set-up. I think some
ARIA bands have played there and were required to pony up a couple
hundred bucks, regardless of what the door took in. I am
philosophically opposed to pay-to-play, that's why I was luke-warm
about CJ's (Matthew ended up shelling out several hundred dollars out
of his pocket during the duration of the CJ's series because the door
didn't generate enough to cover CJ's fee. To me, if you want to RENT a
space, that's one thing... but if you are playing at a place that is
making bar income from your audience, then you shouldn't have to pay.
It's demeaning to artists.

At least Curtis only wanted a $50 soundman fee. That's OK.

If someone knows any different about Brandyhouse, please enlighten me.

It is my intention to contact the Five Spot, a new eclectic music venue
in L5P that specializes in niche genres and doesn't charge a cover. I
also want to contact Jake's Toadhouse. If I strike out at both of those
places, then it's up to one of ya'll to pick it up!
