They're heavily influenced by Magma - to the point of singing
invented-language lyrics in a pseudo-operatic style - but whether
or not their singing is to your liking or not, I GUARANTEE you'll
all be blown away by their music! And blissfully, at least
according to their demos, they play more than they sing. They're
tight, intricate, melodic, dissonant - you really need to come to
Eyedrum this Friday and check them out. There are two other acts on
the bill - Mothguts (don't let the name put you off, they're really
quite exceptional math/jazz quartet) and 10th to the Moon, about
whom I know nothing!
So yeah - come on down. A night of interesting music in the Atl.
