Just a heads up - a while back, Phil *Owl* McKenna recommend this
band he found on MySpace - Corima - to me. So I booked 'em! They're
heavily influenced by Magma - to the point of singing invented-
language lyrics in a pseudo-operatic style - but whether or not their
singing is to your liking or not, I GUARANTEE you'll all be blown
away by their music! And blissfully, at least according to their
demos, they play more than they sing. They're tight, intricate,
melodic, dissonant - you really need to come to Eyedrum this Friday
and check them out. There are two other acts on the bill - Mothguts
(don't let the name put you off, they're really quite exceptional
math/jazz quartet) and 10th to the Moon, about whom I know nothing!
So yeah - come on down. A night of interesting music in the Atl.
