Quite literally, you can thank the Eagles and their Hell Freezes over
tour for this. That tour is SOLELY responsible for setting the bar for
pricey concert tickets.
I remember Plant/Page scoffing at them. I saw the Plant/Page tour (w/
Rusted Root opening) for $28 for a ticket. That is reasonable, I think.
