I had the distinct pleasure of transcribing and playing a Bond string
quartet piece for the opening of a trade show, orchestrated by an event
planner who was smitten with the group. They're four babes who can actually
play, but their music is all flash, no substance. The piece I worked on was
accompanied by video of them twirling around in a bullfighting ring with a
dashing matador. I had been introduced to them previously, by a 9 year old
violin student.
