Well there is Dividing line, which is the station I dj for. There is a cost
for djing, but it is not a lot. You can also check out progrock radio,
running as an adjunct to the progrock label. Djing there is free, but I do
not know how that works out with your need for a donation link.
I know that you are involved with all sorts of experimental music which may
not be classified as prog, but there is a nice list of prog radio sites over
at progarchives. Perhaps one of those sites would be a good place for your
podcast as well.
