[atlantaprog] Re: Attendance Policy for CJ's-- 'fair and balanced'

I also agree with Matt, Wade and Steve-- there has to be a stick as well as
a carrot. Everyone has a 'good excuse' not to attend but if no one from
your band is showing up why should your band play? Not that I think I have
a vote in this-- Matt set this gig up and he makes the rules. After all,
any band can try to get a gig on their own at Jake's if they want.

On a related note-- I'm willing to put up fliers in East Atlanta and L5P--
does anyone have a suggestion on how far in advance to do it? When I did
some for the Rogue Fest it was pretty early and I noticed most of them had
been torn or blown down by the time of the gig. How much lead time is
optimal for band flyers in general?
