[atlantaprog] AWG's new project, Zentropy, debuts this weekend...

Allen from Z-Axis here. I want to invite you to come check out my new keys/bass/drum trio, Zentropy, at Eyedrum this coming Sunday night. We do a sort of groove/jam/jazz/improv/ambient thing. Besides my own keys/synth/percussion work, Zentropy features the colorful, yet rock- solid drumming of Davis Petterson (dp3, Ghosts Project), and the slippery, sensuous fretless bass work of Jim Cotton.

Opening the show will be James Harrar and Adam Reese, a pair of improvising musicians (on percussion & bass) whose music falls somewhere between free jazz and gamelan.
