Hi Bill,
If your jpegs are full-resolution AND you've saved them at the highest 
quality setting, then they ARE print quality! The end user would most 
likely need to convert them to tiffs before outputting them on high-end 
gear - but jpeg is an acceptable format for print-media. In fact, that 
is how virtually all stock photography is distributed.
