Requiem For A Dream is one of the bleakest, most disturbing movies
I've ever seen. It's quite good, mind you, but geez, every single
character ends up destroyed either physically or psychologically.
It seems like when I was in high school the standard late night, no
adults around movie rentals were A Clockwork Orange, Pink Floyd-The
Wall, any Monty Python video, Akira, Repo Man and Fast Times At
Ridgemont High.
