I got the last few from my local electronics store but I have seen them at
Best Electronics as well. They are PC mount switches.

Recommended suppliers? Part numbers?
I'll admit it's been a while since I cracked the case open. I wasn't
sure if these were PC mount switches or the silly "bubble of metal that
gets deformed when you push on them" type switches.
