[atari7800] Maria behaviour

I don't know if it is a know fact but I just found out that the maria only
consume graphics read cycles if gfx is in the visible area.
That means that you can have a displaylist for one object in every zone and
just put the position into the invisible area without losing too much maria
cycles.
It's quite useful I think because it could make building the displaylist
easier.
