[atari7800] 7800 palette

I dug up Eric's original demo and made a Corel PHOTO-PAINT palette out
of it. Will add an Adobe Photoshop version once I figure out how to
easily create a custom palette in that.
The file and Eric's original shot are attached. Mitch - your demo was
good but the interference in your screen shot caused the apps to think
that the 7800 had many more colours than it did.
