Can u do a oradebug of that process id , which is CPU intensive ...
Do a oradebug for level 12, level 13 , then analyze the trace file for
more info. ... of the process

If you read my post u will find that i have mentioned that the session
is not waiting for anything and it is gobbing CPU ... :)
