The Board of Governors have been meeting over the summer to plan for the upcoming season.  If you have a topic or speaker that you wish to have at a meeting, please advise Jason Vandenberghe or Eric Shaw

CITY OF LONDON - Mechanical Plans Examiner (Building Division)
With a focus on ensuring compliance with applicable acts, codes, laws and by-laws, you will examine drawings, plans, specifications and design data related to the installation of HVAC and
contaminant extraction, plumbing and drainage systems, explain itemized reasons for changes, ensure that all revisions are made and conduct inspections as required. A member of the PEO with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of related experience, you are qualified in the category of building services, on-site sewage, and plumbing all buildings as defined under Division C, Section 3.1 of the Ontario Building Code. You have also successfully passed the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Examination on general legal/process, maintain qualifications as determined by the Ministry, and possess excellent customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. The ability to provide staff leadership,along with proficiency in a fast-paced, computerized environment, is essential.   File #M-14-08.  Applications must be received no later than Friday, August 1.
