A clue is all I can give you:

If MathML derives from XML, it should be very easy to access the data using Flashs XML object.

But you also want to display the formulas. I have never heard of a component that does this. But it might exist. Search MMs web site or the whole web.

If it has not been done before, you will have to do it yourself. You might find some open source code for inspiration. But it's not a trivial problem. Would be an interesting project, but I already have more ideas than time...
