Your design is a bit too clever for the perspective tool - you have
used radial transparency on these over/under lines to blend them into
the underlying shape, which is actually a very nice use of radial
transparency.

Unfortunately, the perspective tool does not know anything about
radial transparency. Radial fills are transformed by the perspective
tool, at least as far as this is possible because in theory, such a
fill would have to become a distorted ellipse inside a perspective.
But in most cases, it is good enough. Radial transparency, on the
other hand, is not touched, simply because it never occurred to me
that it should, so as each line is moved away from its original
position the centre of the radial transparency stays behind, so the
lines are completely invisible in their new position.

I agree that the perspective tool should treat liner/radial
transparency like linear/radial fills and transform them.
