[artworks] Nudge with Shift

As discussed at the Midlands show on Saturday here is a report of the 
problem with using shift with the arrow keys.

With the left and right arrows there is no problem. I can press shift 
then arrow,  or arrow then shift and the selected object is moved.

With up and down arrows the behaviour is different. If I press arrow 
first, then shift, the selected object nudges at 5 times speed as 
expected.

However if I press shift, then either up or down arrow, nothing 
happens. Ie the object does not move.

This behaviour is the same on the A9Home, Iyonix and RISC PC.
