Instead of paraffin I'd be more inclined to mix it with something like warm
vaseline, then mix that in to the paraffin. Vaseline is more likely to wet
out the particles, especially if you pull a vacuum on the mixture.

Have you ever tried premixing al powder with a small amount of paraffin
first creating a paste? ( same issue (lumping) with mixing flour and water
which you can fix by creating a flour paste first.)
