[ARMini-support] !ImgMaster (aka DPScan)

I have version 1.12 (20-Feb-99) running on Virtual Risc PC (bug in
!BInstall corrected, it named draw files 'Draw' and confused me for 12
years) and version 1.18 (17-Oct-02) running on ARMini (and Iyonix)
both with no problems.
Load sprite. Save sprite. OK.
There is no 'DPlgScan$Memory' item in the !Run file (and it does use
dynamic memory I think anyway).
