I've not had a lot of experience with Server of that vintage, but since it
sounds like WinXP era, I'd expect it to work. There may be security
options in network settings (as per W7) where you can alter encryption
levels or adjust what version of LM protocol is accepted.
However it works with the Iyonix and Lanman98 v2. I would have
expected that Omni uses at least as good an encryption level. The
server does show SUCCESSFUL logins. Omni does work to Windows 7, which
I would expect to be more picky than Windows 2003.
Make sure users have passwords - that tends to help, although that said,
XP was pretty flexible in that regard.
Both use and admin have passwords.
Are you accessing it via IP address or name?
Name. Tried IP and got the same failure.
Also, make sure *configue LMtransport is set to IP, although that should
be the default these days.

I've found Omni pretty good recently - I was using it just this morning
and was impressed that it auto-detected all the network devices on my
network and just let me click into them like "My network places" on
Windows (ie. didn't need manual config).
When I click on Omni I get (after a delay) LAN Manager (which asks for
Domain Name, username and password) and the two mounts I have set up.
The one on Windows7 works, the one on Windows Server 2003 doesn't.
It doesn't show anything discovered from the network.
The Windows 7 system lists several shares both on itself and on the
server 2003 system.
The Windows 2003 system lists shares both on itsself and Windows 7.
The Windows 7 ones are shown in Workgroup, while the server ones are
shown under ACA.
I tried using domain, user and password on LAN Manager. That fails
silently - at least the window goes away after several seconds, the
icon bar name shows Net, and clicking that reopens the list of mounts.
