Is anyone else having a slight problem with NetTime on an ARMX6? At
most early morning start-ups for the last few days NetTime fails to
connect, even after doing *NetTime_Kick. The really odd thing is that
if I re-start the machine, NetTime does connect.
Is there a particular reason to use NetTime on ARMX6? I know there's
slight drift using the battery-backed clock, but occasionally going to
!boot and clicking "Get time from internet" should more or less sort that.
I only ask because I've seen apps that break when using net time (KinoAmp
comes time mind) as opposed to system clock. I suspect it is anything
that uses TimerMod.
Also, I'm assuming you're using the !Boot configure "Time" window, not
manually running NetTime?
It is not uncommon for the Poole address to come back "busy" - I've
noticed this when configuring computers for the first time sometimes. It
seems to be quite variable, esp on time of day.
