That's part of the ARMini disc image, in the Utilities folder. If in
doubt, I think it is in the "Super Pack 3" (SP3) update on the
website.
Just configure a CD drive, then make sure to run CD faker. You can
then double click an ISO (filetype &DF6) to mount it.
