But for "-r" versus "-R", IMO the same applies.

I.e. "targen ..." gives lower errors if verified against "targen -r ...",
while "targen -I ..." gives lower errors if verified against "targen -R
...".

But aren't both (-r and -R) "purely randomly distributed test points"?
(albeit in a different color space)
