[argyllcms] profcheck: v0.70 beta 4 Error (Bug)

Hello!

Profcheck v0.70 Beta 4 reports error when I want to compare RGBscanner (digital camera) profile against its ti3 data:


$ profcheck DSC_0059.ti3 DSC_0059.icc

profcheck: Error - Device input file 'DSC_0059.ti3' has unhandledcolor representation 'XYZ_RGB'


profcheck v0.60 works as expected!
Head of it3 file is:
