What do you mean by "select" ?

That the main display isn't offered in the -d parameter list ?
That the test window doesn't appear on the main display ?
That the VideoLUT isn't successfully accessed on the main display ?

The main display appears in the -d parameter list with number 2, but when I pass -d2 the test window doesn't appear on the main window. Whatever value I pass with -d, the test window is always displayed on the same monitor.
