[argyllcms] Re: eye-one instrument access failed

This is an old device called "EyeOne Monitor" which preceded the EyeOne Display.

EyeOne Monitor could do emissive measurements only and was sold at
afraction of the rice of EyeOne Pro.

It would be nice to know whether it is a spectro without the internal
illuminant, or maybe it is already a colorimeter.
