[argyllcms] exiftool and ClayRGB1998 profile

I'm making tests to extract/embedd profiles using Perl exiftool utility.

When I extract the profile from an image, using:

$ exiftool -b -o profile.icc -icc_profile <image>

I can then embedd it to another one image:

$ exiftool -ICC_Profile\<=profile.icc <image2>

The extracted profile can be opened by icceamin, and is correctly used by 
Gimp or Geeqie.

But if I try to use ClayRGB1998 profile (a free fully AdobeRGB1998 
compatible profile made by Graeme), then it does not work:

$ exiftool -ICC_Profile\<=~/.color/icc/ClayRGB1998.icc <file2>
Error opening file ~/.color/icc/ClayRGB1998.icc
Nothing to do.

Any idea why?
