[argyllcms] easy .cal > .icm conversion ?

Hi there,
I'm going to swap my ATI card for a nvidia, because you can specify a ICC file
for each output.
so my switching problems will be fixed, hopefully.
but can I just convert a .cal to .icm ?
or do I have to go through all this :
Dipscal -qh -yc -gl -t6500 test
Targen -v -d3 crt
Dispread -v -yc -crt.cal crt
Profile -qm -v crt
from what I was told dispread also requires some calibrating, that also takes a
while ?
there's no easy .cal > .icm conversion tool ?
