[argyllcms] dispread crash

Good morning,
I've a problem trying to profile my monitor with more than the default
patch set (800).
Dispread crashes during the read of ~260 patch on every pc I used:
laptop with windows 7 32bit, desktop with win64.
My workflow is this:
1) First of all I used dispcalc to fix temperature white point and
brightness to desired values.
2) targen -v -d3 -f3000 target
3) dispread -v -K -H -yl target (I used Eye1pro to read the patchset)
Well crashes all the times on the patch between 250-280
Any ideas? I used both Argyll_V1.0.4 and Argyll_V1.1.0_RC2, same error
