Hi, I was fiddling a bit with Argyll (1.1.0_rc2) once more, with the following command lines: dispcal -v -m -o ${FILENAME}_tmp.icc -q m -y l -g 2.2 -f 1 ${FILENAME} argyll-targen -v -d 3 -G -e 8 -s 16 -g 16 -f 324 -I -A 1.0 -c ${FILENAME}_tmp.icc ${FILENAME} dispread -v -y l -k ${FILENAME}.cal ${FILENAME} colprof -v -D "Test" -q m -a s ${FILENAME} The concept is to use the dispcal output profile as a source for preconditioning the patch generation with targen. This makes in all honesty no visually detectable difference. This does beg the following question... Does preconditioning targen have any (theoretical) merit (as it seemed like a good idea)? Or does it only show with low patch counts? Regards, Pascal de Bruijn
