Issue fixed!
Thanks to Olivier Marchetta's entry (copied below) I googled for the
"SIXAXIS libusb-win64" file.
Found it, copied the .dll's to Argyll's libusbw folder and re-installed.
After that, chartread works fine on my XP 64 bit OS.
Graeme, as Olivier pointed out, could the functionality be included in
next ArgyllCMS release?
Best regards,
Auke

Hi again to all !
I was desperate having to boot on my external HDD to get a Win32
environnement to calibrate my screen using Argyll. You know my story, I'm
with Vista x64.
So I looked into the .inf files and found that the problem was about the
version of libusb, not supported by Win64.
Google is your friend. A search for "libusb win64" returned me a shared file
named "SIXAXIS libusb-win64".
So I downloaded and unziped the file to the libusbw folder of Argyll.
Launched the update of my Spyder 2 driver. Prayed. Done ! Then tested
discpal on my Vista x64 : it works !!
Happy times. :)
The great thing would be to find the author and include this driver into the
Argyll package to make a Win64 distribution.
PS : just do not forget to "accept unsigned drivers" at the boot of Vista
x64, by pressing F8, this driver is unsigned.
