I think this not really in question, that this is the case.
As Graeme said, his algorithm needs some UV in the instrument light source
in order that it can predict the FWA amount in the paper. Obviously, even
(unfiltered) tungsten contains a sufficient UV amount for this purpose. But
I'm wondering, whether the algorithm will work significantly more accurate
with a Xenon flash, than with a tungsten lamp.
