I don't know what signing tool you use but may be that one should also be
updated for Win8 compatibility and may also need Win8 specific arguments.
I don't have any signing tools - the driver files are already signed elsewhere,
and that's the problem. It seems that it's not enough any more that
the driver code itself is signed, but now even trivial non source
config files need to be signed.
