[argyllcms] WTD: XRite RS232 Interface Manual

Hi guys,

I know this is a bit off topic, but I figured this would be the best place to ask...

I've got an XRite 890 densitometer sitting on my desk, and I'd like to use it for automated calibration of a B&W printer engine (not using Argyll). To do this, it would be useful to know the command set the 890 uses on the RS232 port...

There's apparently a document called the "X-Rite RS232 Interface Manual" which covers this, but is no longer available from X-Rite. Does anyone happen to have a spare copy of this kicking around?

If so, some details on the command set would be useful. I know SV<cr> returns the software version, and GO<cr> re-enables the panel, but based on the RS232 specs for other X-rite densitometers, there are probably a dozen or so other commands for calibration, scanning, etc.

Thanks,
