[argyllcms] VRML or ICC Examin to view collection of Lab points

Is there a way to take a GCATS file or *.ti3 file to create a VRML file?
I don't want to create a gamut, just the individual points in 3D. In fact,
exactly the way targen does it using the -w flag.
