[argyllcms] Updated autotools source

Alastair Robinson has corrected a problem with the Makefile
in the autotools source package, that was preventing the serial
port code from working for binaries made from that bundle.
The updated package is available from the usual place:
<http://www.argyllcms.com/downloadsrc.html>
and is labelled autotools_argyll-0.53.1.tar.gz
