[argyllcms] Targen multipage tiff output bug.

Windows XP, targen doesn't create tiff pages correctly.
When I do:
targen -v -d3 -f2160 -A0.94 -c"Test360_D50.icm" -w smp2160
printtarg -v -ii1 -m0 -n -t200 -p320x235 smp2160
I get the next:

Patches = 2160
Test patches per row = 20
Rows per page = 36, patches per page = 720
Rows in last strip = 36, patches in last row = 20
Total pages needed = 3
Worst case delta E = 0.000000
Optimising layout for strip reader:
100%
After optimisation, worst delta E = 67.863403
files:
smp2160_01.tif 763276 bytes, file is OK;
smp2160_02.tif 81890 bytes, file is broken;
smp2160.ti2 119370 bytes, file is OK;
smp2160_03.tif 8 bytes, file is broken.
Without the -t or -T key Postscript file is OK. With the -e key .eps files are
also OK. The result of tiff output doesn't depend of the resolution chosen.
