Without the original (non-color converted) image as well as the .ti3
file, it's not really possible to investigate this in any depth.

In other words, what's needed is the files to re-create the problem
image using your ICC profile using cctiff, as well as the means
to re-create the profile.

The second image (02_std_denoised.jpg) in particular shows some curious 
artefacts
in the blue channel, but it's hard to guess if these are in the original, or are
a product of the profile, the CMM or the jpeg compression.
