This is noted in <http://www.argyllcms.com/doc/Overview.html>,
second last line. There is a bunch of work in modifying the
gamut mapping to handle monochrome, as well as create
specific code to create a B2A clut based monochrome profile.
It's on the list of things to do, but I'm working on other
things at the moment.
